How does Endofree 2.5mg Tablet work?

Letrozole in Endofree Tablet works by reducing the level of a natural female hormone known as oestrogen that is produced in the body. Eventually, stopping the growth of the cancer cells, which depend on oestrogen for its growth.

Side Effects of Endofree 2.5mg Tablet

• Common: Hot flushes, hypercholesterolemia, fatigue, increased sweating, arthralgia, skin rash, headache, dizziness, gastrointestinal disorders, bone pain, edema, depression, weight gain, hypertension, abdominal pain, dry skin, vaginal bleeding, palpitations, joint stiffness, chest pain.
• Rare: Nervous disorders, somnolence, carpal tunnel syndrome, eye disorders, itching, vaginal discharge, weight loss, urinary tract infection, cough, increased enzymes, jaundice.

Pharmacology

Dosage:

Recommended dose: 2.5 mg once daily for 5 years in adjuvant and extended adjuvant therapy. In metastatic disease, continue until tumor progression. No dose adjustment is needed for hepatic or renal impairment.

Administration:

Interaction
